Disability Discrimination
We can help support you if you feel you may have been discriminated against.
We can help you by:

General support and advocacy.

Reporting to the police as a 3rd party if you wish.

Signposting to specialist teams.
Appeals and Mandatory Reconsiderations
We can offer some support if you need to appeal a Benefits decision,
We may signpost you to specialist legal organisations, but we can help support you alongside this.
You may need help with Appeals for your benefits and further support.
Disability Hate Crime
We are able to advocate for you on your behalf, and support you through the whole process of justice if you do wish. We can pass details onto the authorities if you consent.
You can contact us if you are unsure of your rights, or whether what you are/or have faced is a hate crime. We can then support you further.
Issues with Housing
We can give you some advice if you are facing issues with your housing.
