Shape is the UK’s leading arts organisation enabling access to the arts for deaf and disabled people. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to provide customer service support for Shape’s core programmes.

Programme Assistant- Full time £15,450

Closing date for applications 16th July 2008

In the first instance, the post holder would provide support for Shape Tickets, an accessible booking service which provides support for Deaf and disabled people to access the arts more easily. Over time, the post holder will also work on other core Shape programmes.

An extensive mentoring and professional development scheme is available to all Deaf and disabled applicants who feel they have some or all of the necessary skills and attributes for this post.
