Improving Our Website

29/10/2009

DAII has begun a review of its website asking users and members what they like and don’t like about our website and what they want from our website.

The review will also find out more about the role local disabled people want the internet and e-communication to have in their lives. This will help us improve our website and identify what web based resources people want to support their independence.

We are currently conducting one to one nterview consultations on DAII's website, giving local disabled people the opportunity to let us have their views and opinions on what we are currently doing, the website changes we are proposing and how they think we could improve.

Alongside this, we are asking users of the DAII website to fill out a questionnair regarding their web usage in general and also any opinions they may have on our website.

This feedback is crucial to DAII. It will help shape the future of our services to people like you. In particular, they will inform the redevelopment of our website.

If you would like to help us by completing the questionnaire, please contact Kerrie, and she will be happy to send you a copy via email or in the post:
